Custom Theme Wordpress BUGS

This is a custom theme file built from the ground up. It is custom built for my businesses SPECIFIC needs and is EXTREMELY complicated. This is not a simple custom built site. I need an expert in PHP and custom theme file editing. This site has a completely custom built system of order management like trello with payment integration. I need someone who can work with my budget and is readily available to discuss issues that come up. this is the BEGINNING of a long term need. I am looking for a relationship, not a quick fix. The last coder used an archived backup and made some serious bugs when they added some enhancements.

1.) urgent bug fix: the payment gateway is not interacting properly with my custom theme built orders (not traditional woocommerce orders). It is removing information in the order cards and causing

2.) BUG: When a client clicks Checkout button on the COS page (single-timmejorder.php), there should be a popup that reads "This COS will lock after you pay for your order. You will NOT be able to edit it. If you paid a deposit, ask Timme for the promotional code to remove it." with a Pay Now button to confirm and a Go Back button to cancel as options. The payment integration people removed this popup. I am not sure why.

3.) Automatic Cover Image bug
for some reason, the cover image on the order card is only changed automatically when the initial mockup is uploaded to the card. It should update every time a new mockup is uploaded and when the test prints are uploaded.

4.) ENHANCEMENT: Email trigger update
invoice email: There is a list of the items from the COS generated for the in-production status email for the client. I would love to add the prices and total cost to that so that it can serve as an invoice/receipt for them.

5) Dynamic UI update when stage changes (no hard refresh required)
when stage is changed, list should auto refresh after status updates

the status is set to update without a hard refresh but the stage opens up things on the order card that dont open up unless the page is refreshed

for example, if the stage is changed from DESIGN REQUESTED to DESIGN IN PROGRESS, the status automatically updates. However, the admin and subadmin (only accounts with this feature) have to manually refresh to be able to see the designer dropdown menu in the order card.

When either the stage is changed from design in progress to design completed OR an admin, subadmin, or designer account uploads the source file, the stage automatically changes to design completed. this should refresh the page so that the manufacturer dropdown menu (for the admin and subadmin accounts ONLY). and Test Prints Attachments box is available in the order card (for the admin, subadmin, and manufacturer accounts ONLY).

when the stage is changed from DESIGN COMPLETED to PRODUCTION, nothing needs to be fixed. it works fine as it is.

when the stage changes from PRODUCTION to ORDER SHIPPED the Shipping Tracking Info box should be available to the admin, subadmin, and manufacturer account. The client should also see the shipping link but not the input box on the Shipping Tracking Info box.
