Custom Text Generator Script

I am looking for a developer who can write a custom script that would reside as a PHP file on my server that would allow me to generate text based on certain variables. I have a fixed budget of $40 and would like this simple script built in 3-4 hours. I will explain more in PM. If you can’t do that, don’t bother bidding.
