Custom Task Changes in Yii PHP framework

Require someone experienced that can write in Yii PHP framework.
We currently use hum hub and use a module called "Task" (Simple task manager for spaces)
We need custom changes to this module written in Yii PHP Framework.
We will pay per hourly for works. Must be extremely good with Yii Php Framework and complete our works in a timely fashion.
