Custom Snail-Mail Subscription Website

I need a fully custom-built website that captures the warmth of handwritten mail while keeping the user journey effortless and modern.

Core experience
• Home page that introduces the “healing, planning & creative thinking” concept behind the monthly snail-mail letters. Soft pastel tones—leaning toward pinks and reds—should set the mood from the first fold.
• Subscription flow: a dedicated form that records Name, Email, Mailing Address and Phone Number, then confirms availability inside the capital city. Payment is processed only when the subscription term ends, so the system must store the card securely and bill later (Stripe or a comparable gateway is fine; I’m open to your recommendations).
• Shop: a small e-commerce section for affirmation cards, planners and downloadable printables. Stock counts, variants and coupons must be editable through the back office.

Road-map awareness
Phase one ships to the capital only; the codebase should let me add new domestic regions, and later international zones, without rewriting checkout logic.

Look & feel
Pastel palette, clean typography and gentle illustrations that evoke stationery, calendars and creative journaling.

Technical expectations
– Fully bespoke CMS or headless setup (no WordPress/Wix themes).
– Responsive design, accessibility-minded.
– Easy dashboard for uploading each month’s letter PDF, calendar and any extra inserts.
