Custom Site Setup and layout

I'm looking for a skilled web developer with substantial experience in Laravel CMS to help setup my site. The main areas that need to be addressed are:

- Menu Builder: setup menu structure.
- Page Builder: setup pages with layouts and functionalities.
- Widgets Layout: setup widgets on the site.
- Plugins : setup plugins used work seamlessly within the site.




Please note: website is already installed , only needs to be setup , not wordpress
