Scope of Work
Service Category Form Customization:
Input service category name, description, and auto-generate or manually edit the URL permalink.
Add category hierarchy for parent or subcategories with a status dropdown (Public, Pending, Draft).
Fields for Tax Rate, HSN/SAC Code, image upload, and SEO settings (Title, Description, Image, Index/No Index).
Final options to save as a draft or publish.
Service Page Customization:
Input service name, permalink, and category selection.
Sections for services included, who should buy, how it's done, required documents, and FAQs.
Media uploads, review management, status (Public, Pending, Draft), and SEO settings.
Final actions to publish or save as draft.
Home Page Redesign (Optional):
Redesign for better UI/UX, improved navigation, and service categorization.
Additional Features:
Email Login with OTP: Implement OTP-based email login.
Social Login: Add options for logging in via social media (Google, Facebook, etc.).
Account Recovery: OTP-based account recovery via email.
CRM and Website Integration:
Sync service data, order details, and customer information between the website and CRM.
Partial Payment Option: Enable partial payments during checkout, with balance tracking in the CRM.
