I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a custom classifieds platform focused on property rentals and sales.

Key functionalities for the Property For Rent category:
- Advanced search filters
- Map integration
- User reviews
- User profile and login
- User panel for ad management
- Admin panel with full access
- Profile registration for new users
- Ad expiry date (Set By Admin)
-Ad Extend Date
- Options to update or delete ads by User
-Online /offline chat option with particular ad
- Admin monitoring rights
- Payment integration
- SMS notifications
-Main will have 100 Ads with all category available
-City Selection and ad should be listed based on selection.
-Card Layout with sliding Image and if click on that then new page should open with full ad detail with bigger picture and with agent details who posted the ad.
- Email and WhatsApp communication with advertisers

The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong background in custom web development
- Experience with database management
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration
- Ability to implement robust user authentication and profile management
