We are looking for an experienced developer to create a custom plugin for CloudOnex Business Suite 8.5.5 to streamline and manage the day-to-day repair processes for devices. Plugin Requirements: Service Record Creation Ability to create a service record for an existing customer. Device Management Add and manage device information. Pre-Functional Checks Record pre-functional checks for devices before servicing. Credential Records Securely store and manage passwords, patterns, Apple IDs, etc., for devices under repair. Product and Service Records Integration Pull product and service details from the core system for seamless integration. Review Process Review all recorded details before saving the service record. Documentation and Communication Generate PDF reports for service records. Send notifications (email, SMS, WhatsApp) using the core system. Supplier Assignment with Audit Trail Assign repairs to suppliers via the core system. Maintain an audit trail with timestamps (sent/reviewed dates) and device details (name and serial number). Allow for multiple submissions, logging each instance with full details. Supplier Login Enable suppliers to view assigned tasks and associated details through their login. Client Login Allow clients to view service progress and related details through their login. Post-Functional Checks Record post-functional checks when the repaired device is delivered back to the client. Additional Notes: The plugin must seamlessly integrate with CloudOnex Business Suite 8.5.5.
