Custom PHP website run and at a time Wordpress website run in one server through domain and subdomain

1.I have migrated my website from Siteground to Bluehost and I have faced a Domain problem!Maybe it's not correctly config in bluehost or another issue.I don't know.
2.In my server have also customize php code that also a website .I can't run that .

Firstly, I want to see my customize website in domain.
Secondly.I want to see my WordPress website under a subdomain.
