Custom OpenCart Theme Development for Retail

we run opencart website on an older version of opencart, we are looking for new theme development based on a specific popularly available HTML theme.
The requirement is to create a new theme based on the opensource /available. The theme we are exploring is based on bootstrap. Theme Name is MOLLA
The main requirement is to create a new theme on 1.5.6 OC version.
Key requirements:
- End-to-end development of a bespoke OpenCart theme
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in OpenCart theme development.
The developer is expected to create a new theme and no other activities are expected to be run on our server. Developer is free to demo in his/her own server and is just expected to share the working template files alone. We wont be able to provide any access to our servers , as this is only theme development.
