Custom Moving Average Indicator for TradingView

I'm looking for a skilled TradingView developer to create a unique Technical Analysis indicator based on the TD MA. The indicator will primarily use Moving Averages to assist in making informed trading decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of TradingView and Pine Script
- Proficient in understanding and implementing Moving Averages
- Ability to create a user-friendly and efficient indicator
The indicator to develop is as follow:
Bullish trend signal - Plot and project to the next 3 bars a bullish 5 SMA (lows) in green if the current bar’s low is greater than all previous 13 lows.When a low isn’t higher than the 13 previous lows, the line disappears.
Bearish trend signal - Plot and project to the next 3 bars a bearish 5 SMA (highs) in red if the current bar’s high is lower than all previous 13 highs.When a high isn’t lower than the 13 previous highs, the line disappears.
