Custom Inventory Management and Order Processing with API Integrations

I need to develop a CMS for inventory management and order processing with API integrations for UPS, Fedex, Amazon, Shipstation with XML processing of orders. The CMS will need to process an XML with order information, create daily pick lists based on rules, create and print labels / packing list, deduct inventory - multiple SKUs for the same inventory.

CMS MUST BE BUILT IN REACT.
