Custom Heat Exchanger Selection Tool

I am looking for a developer who can create a selection tool for heat exchangers that my company manufactures. The selection tool should cater to different aspects such as:
- The type of product: In this scenario, the product to be selected is a heat exchanger.
- Provide specific information: Based on Input Parameters given by end user Performance calculation to be performed using a 6-degree polynomial equation and Input Parameters for each Heat exchanger in database. Then display the result on screen where Custmer Expected Capacity is matching to Calculated capacity. On selection of specific model by customer, he should be able to download the drawing.
Ideal skills and experience for this project are:
- Proficiency in developing calculations based on data inputs.
- This tool should be used by customer using internet browser
This tool serves as an important instrument for our customers to make an informed decision, so precision and accuracy are key.
