Custom FreeScout module for CRM integration

We are looking for a developer creating a module for the FreeScout ticket system https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout
The goal of the module is to connect FreeScout via oAuth2 to our well documented CRM.
Those are the main features required:
- authentication of users based on their username / email address
- synchronising (read-only) name, address, email. telephone of clients to FreeScout
- matching customer communication via unique email addresses with the customer in the CRM and archive every email including attachments in the CRM
- if email is missing/not unique add the option to manually assign communication threads to a client
- add the option to tag conversations with contract numbers and/or branches from within FreeScout (each client has n contracts)
- add a button / URL to FreeScout to open the customer directly in the CRM
