Custom Endpoint Creation with API Documentation

I'm looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual who can create a custom Endpoint for us. Here's what's important:
- We want to go back to the Promo Standards API, and create a new connection for the Order Status API. This is the Endpoint Connection we want to work on first. Promo Standards - Order Status 2.0.0

Here is the M2 site - nvspromo.com. You cannot place orders on nvspromo.com but Yes, the customer orders on nvspromo.com. Orders are accessed when a client logs into their user account - it is connected to our Zoho CRM and they can see their order history.
Those Orders however, do not have any sort of Order Status connected to them. We will need to add the Order Status from our CRM onto the Magento Orders.
Ideal candidates should have significant experience in creating custom endpoints and a strong background in API documentation and Magento. A clear understanding of different API documentation styles is advantageous. Please highlight your relevant skills and experience in your bid.
