Custom Emailing System Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in need of a comprehensive, web-based emailing system with the following capabilities:
- It must scrape emails from a list of domain names given as a Google Sheets or CSV file. There must be tracking of which domains have been scraped, which are still pending, and which failed to provide data.
- The system should integrate with Outscraper API for email retrieval and with various SMTP services for sending out bulk emails.
- A crucial part of the system is its ability to rotate SMTPs, domains, and email addresses to maintain a low emailing frequency per email address used to send.
- It should track sent emails to prevent re-sending and employ measures for email authentication, warm-up, and validation to avoid being blacklisted.
- The system should handle large email lists effectively, with robust error handling and logging.
- Users should be able to configure email frequency, content, and blacklist protections, as well as follow-up frequency and create separate content for each follow-up email.
- It should use the API of some tool for email validation, to filter out invalid addresses before sending.
- The software should be able to send different campaigns at the same time, using different emails to send, to different email lists, with different templates used. All this needs to be configurable.
- Each email's content should be scrambled using Syntax or a similar tool to avoid sending the same email content.
- It needs to be a reliable cloud, web-based solution.
Ideal candidates for this project should be proficient in the programming language that might best work for this (Python, Node.js, PHP, I'm open to recommendations), have experience in developing email systems, and a deep understanding of email warm-up processes, spam protection, domain authentication, and related.
