Custom Dynamic QR Code Creation -- 2

Hello Freelance artists, I am looking for an experienced professional to create a template for engraving plastic on a laser. The plastic is Rowmark, 2 part colors acrylic item code TN942-814 using a vector graphics template for a laser. The project requires:
- Medium level of details, not too intricate but not too basic either.
- Experience in working with a laser for etching and cutting.
The Template is 12"x12 having something like 8 rows across and 8 columns down.
The plastic tile piece will have a readable QR code on the top side with a lighter color than the back. The top layer is very thin .03” and is barely etched to reveal the black thicker plastic underneath.
The size of tile pieces are 1" x 2" x 1/8 inch thick, each spaced for cutting in the template later. This size is similar to a domino tile but without the dots. The tiles all share the same text, company name across the top and text across the bottom. What’s different about each piece is the drag and drop feature. This feature will also have automatic centering on each tile, acting like a magnet. Each tile will have a different QR Code image and serial number to drag and drop onto each tile piece individually into the temple to save send to laser to etch/cut.
Successful bidders should be comfortable and experienced with laser engraving and should be able to deliver aesthetically pleasing outcomes. Please if you have experience with lasers and templates we can work together on this and talk about it later.
