Custom Coding of KVS Kernel Video Sharing Platform

We have a default KVS platform which needs customization. KVS stands for Kernel Video Sharing and is a platform which allows for a community for users to share videos.
We are looking for someone who is very well knowledgeable of the KVS platform and a person who can make custom modifications as needed without creating more issues. The KVS platform uses PHP and Smarty Templates.
The job would involve:
colour changes and general style updates
create several advertising spots
restyle some areas of the script including, header, footer, body, video and category pages
This is a project working within the adult industry, so the developer would need to be comfortable with that.
