Custom Coded Name and Phone Directory

We need to have a name/phone directory built and customized to include a photo, and some text information in addition to address and phone number (phone should be linked so it will be dialed from smartphone) that is connected to a database for inputting information and can easily be exported into an excel spreadsheet for printing. Directory will be used online, but should be prinatable. T
