I'm looking for a skilled software developer to build a client database that can evolve into a fully functioning CRM.

Essential Features:
- Client data storage
- Contact management
- Data import/export
- Marketing materials integration (e.g., newsletters, automated follow-ups)
- Ability to add workflows and individual tasks
- Retrospective modification to input previous job data
- API integration with Xero
