Custom CRM/ roof measuring program/ app

My existing business is in need of a custom CRM/roof measuring program/app that will provide me with the tools to properly manage my business. I have decided to develop a website interface, SAAS, and app to complete the project. This development requires some time, so I am not looking for the project to be completed ASAP; however, I do need it to be done soon, i.e. within 6 months.
