Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable programmer (or small development team) to design and build a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to our business needs. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly CRM platforms from scratch or with limited use of pre-built solutions.
Scope of Work:
Gather and analyze requirements with our team
Design database architecture and system flow
Develop front-end and back-end components
Implement core CRM functionalities (lead tracking, customer management, communication logs, task management, reporting, etc.)
Integrate with third-party tools (email, calendar, potential marketing platforms)
Implement user roles, permissions, and audit trails
Ensure responsive design for both desktop and mobile use
Deliver clean, documented, and maintainable code
Skills Required:
Expertise in programming languages such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar
Front-end experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, or similar)
Strong database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
API development and third-party integrations
Security best practices (data encryption, secure login, GDPR compliance considerations)
Experience in SaaS or CRM platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio of previous CRM or related system builds
Ability to offer insights into UI/UX best practices
Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Project Details:

Expected timeline: 1–2 months
