Custom CRM and Database Development

Job ID: 37969036

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

I am in need of a bespoke CRM and database system tailored to my business needs. The system must have the following functionalities:

- Contact Management: The system should allow us to manage our contacts effectively. We need to be able to store and retrieve contact information easily, keep track of interactions, and assign contacts to specific team members.

- Sales Pipeline Tracking: It's crucial for us to have a clear overview of our sales pipeline. The system should enable us to monitor leads, track their progress through the sales funnel, and forecast revenue.

- Task Management: We need a tool that helps us manage our daily tasks efficiently. The system should allow us to create, assign, and prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and monitor their completion.

In terms of the user interface, I require a system that is:

- Simple and Intuitive: The interface should be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our team members are not tech experts, so it's important that they can use the system with minimal training.

- Modern and Sleek: Aesthetics matter to us. We want a system that looks good and is in line with modern design trends.

- Customizable: While we need a system that is easy to use out of the box, we also want the flexibility to customize it to meet our unique needs.

The system will be used by a small team of 1-10 users. I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in CRM and database development, as well as a good understanding of user interface design. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver a high-quality, tailored solution that aligns with our business goals.

Further Information

1. Business CRM system – Our business involves working with Oil and Gas operators over various projects. I would require a CRM that would link opportunities, duration of the project/scope of work, drop down editable scope of work, who the contact is, follow up date and optional fields such as day rate to man, day rate to client then it calculates the potential profit per day then total over the duration of the scope of work.

The scopes of work can range from an engineering study to putting an engineer resource into their operation so the input fields have to customisable and be able to pull reports through. Also, I would like that a sales advisor is linked to the opportunity so I can run reports on performance.

Additionally, we would like the CRM to be able to store information on clients, via a recruitment database.

2. Recruitment Database – we require a database that allows us to store candidate and clients’ details such as name, title, current rate, expected rate, availability, job title, assigned (with option to select a client). Once they are assigned, we would require the option to then select how long they are assigned for, then an alert set up to advise when they are 30 days from completion.

Further, we would require another tab on their profile that allows us to store and name certification, store their resume and log all our interactions with them.

We would also like the ability to have alerts so that when we have not been in contact with someone for say 60 days, a job list is created so we can send a mass group email out to them, in the BCC field.

On the client side, we would like to have client information such as client name, contact, their position, current projects.

Also, when we link a scope of work or a candidate to a operator, we can view them under that client, see how many people are working on the project and then run reports on revenue.

We would also like to be able to have our sales advisors log calls, emails and meetings with clients and contractors and then be able to run a report.

Finally, if possible, a good function would be to be able to them input the hours and days worked against an individual to then create a report monthly
