I'm seeking a talented developer to create a custom CRM/CMS for my small invoice factoring and insurance premium financing company. The system should cater to basic CRM/CMS functions, with room for future enhancements.

Key Requirements:
- Primary focus on both CRM and CMS functionalities
- Critical integration with Hawksoft CMS, our third-party agency management system
- Cloud-based document management
- E-signature integration with platforms like DocuSign or DigiSigner
- Support for Smart Contracts on the blockchain, with potential crypto coin creation
- Integrated calculator for computing interest, due dates, etc
- Basic function for transferring leads into CRM via .csv or from Marketing 360 CRM
