Custom Backend for Coaching Business

We are looking to build a custom backend for our 1-2-1 coaching business to manage bookings, teachers, and billing. The system should have separate dashboards for administrators and teachers.

Key Features Required:
Admin Portal
Order Management:
Create, store, and manage both single and block bookings.
Manual data input for each booking including student, parent, subject, teacher, payment type, etc.
View and edit all bookings in a report/table view.
Teacher Management:
Add/edit teachers with personal and contact details.
Assign teachers to bookings.
Teachers should be able to log in with credentials.
Billing Management:
Admin can view all completed lessons per teacher.
Export reports for payroll (monthly totals, timesheets).
Timesheet logs submitted by teachers should feed into this.
Teacher Portal
Dashboard: Overview of their bookings, total hours, and students.
Lesson Bookings: View-only access to assigned lessons.
Submit Timesheets: Log hours (max 4 per booking/month).
Billing: View earnings by month.
Rules & Logic
Teachers can only log lessons for active bookings.
Each block booking allows max 4 lessons per month; resets monthly.
Hours tracked and deducted dynamically when logged.
Tech Requirements:
Secure login system (admin/teacher).
Admin has the ability to generate downloadable reports.
Deliverables:
Fully functional backend with database and user interfaces.
Responsive dashboards for admin and teacher roles.
Timesheet and billing automation.
