Current RMS and Woocommerce Integration -- 2

Hi,
I am after a developer to create an api in wordpress/woocommerce to integrate with Current RMS.
Basically when a user gets to the basket/quote function in woocommerce then it will write that info back to Current RMS online database.

As a second stage we would like calendar integration and also bringing products from Current RMS in to woocommerce automatically.
Is this possible?
