CsCart Enhancement & Bug Fixes

In the ongoing development of my CsCart project, here's what I need:
1. New Features Development: Even though I haven't specified the particular features I want to add, this will be an ongoing process and will require you to develop new features as required.
2. User Interface Enhancements: The user interface needs some work. Specifically, we'll be:
- Redesigning the homepage,
- Improving the navigation,
- Enhancing the visual elements.
