Crypto casino provably fair games

Hi, I need a full web app/crypto casino built. The main site for inspiration is pasino.com

The web app/website should be built using the same frameworks as the aforementioned website and offer the following features:
- Casino (provably fair games including board games, slots, crash, dice, roulette, hilo etc.
- VIP and loyalty system
- Crypto withdrawals and deposits with the ability to integrate a credit card payment provider later on
- API for placing bets
- It should comply with existing KYC/AML laws offering multiple levels of verification (written info, proof of identity, proof of address, source of funds)
- The web app should be built with consideration of it being published as a mobile app later on
- It should have no vulnerabilities and pass penetration testing

You must have some experience and history building gambling sites (please provide me with references) and the web app needs to be scalable and must include source code.
