Crypto Expert and PHP script Expert Need

Here are the requirements:
We need to integrate a number of PHP scripts. We have created a test space on a server.
There cannot be anything installed on the server, it needs to work standalone.

It should provide the following functions:
- create a new address (refactor /crypto/Address.php for this)
- create and sign a transaction (refactor /cryto/Transaction.php for this)
It is not possible to use composer on this server. You will need to handle namespaces accordingly.
