I am looking for an experienced professional to help me build a crypto Over-The-Counter (OTC) exchange. The primary function of this exchange will be to facilitate the buying and selling of various cryptocurrencies, including a wide variety of altcoins.

Key features:
- An interface for the trading of multiple altcoins
- A secure platform with essential security features such as two-factor authentication and KYC verification

Please note that while cold storage for funds is a crucial aspect of cryptocurrency security, it is not explicitly required for this project.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
