Crypto Coinflip Website creation - 100% provably fair and crypto supported using oxapay

Hi, We are looking for skilled developer in both php + mysql + JS frontend development as well as crypto methods for deposit and withdraw.
We are looking to launch a coinflip website which is based on 100% provably fair * (https://csgoempire.com/fairness) to ensure users can verify each coinflip game is 100% fair and legit. We require each coinflip to have an option for the user to verify each coinflip is 100% provably fair.

You can see when you create a coinflip or join one it pops up in a small modul window and plays out the coinflip game with a small timer to start then it shows both players and show which side each player is on and the amount the coinflip is for. Then it counts down from 3 and runs the coinflip animation showing the side that wins. The winner then gets a popup showing they won and how much. They can then click back to the game lobby to join more or create one.
The website is fairly simple and we are looking for the following pages / function and looking to use the FREE coinflip animations available online such as:

- Homepage - game lobby - This page is the homepage but will also have a lobby section which will showcase all the available coinflips along with the amount and a status button which will be dynamic from joinable | Pending | ended. Once a coinflip has run it will stay on he lobby section for 3 sections in the Completed / ended' status then be removed off the dynamic coinflip lobby.
- User registration / login - here will be a straight forward user register with email and password. When they register they will be sent a confirmation email to confirm so the user will be unverified until they have confirmed and not able to deposit or withdraw to play without confirming.
- Coinflip games - Once a user creates or joins a coinflip it will then popup on a small window which will show case which side of the coin they have selected, the place holder items they have selected which then determine the COST of the coinflip to join. And on the popup is a JOIN button for other users who wish to join. Once another user joins, the cost of the coinflip is deducted from their playable balance and the coinflip game will commence. It begins with a 3 second countdown timer then once its finished the coinflip animation will run then it will land on the winning side and the coinflip is complete. The winner will get a popup winning notification saying the coinflip #725637 ID of the coinflip has finished and they won! They can then close the popup and create / join more coinflips.
Note that every single coinflip needs to be saved with the unique coinflip game ID as part of the URL and show the finished state of the coinflip game and the winner highlighted along with the verify round link where they can view the provably fair information to verify each coinflip winner is fair.
- user statistics - Statistics is a big part of providing a fair and reasonable experience showing for both the user (individual) statistics about how many games they played landing on which side of the coin.
as well as having a large statistics widget on the homepage showing of ALL the games the % that has finished on which side of the coins. So the user can see.
- User profile - Ability for users to view their profile which will also have their statistics on it and their TRANSACTIONS for deposit an withdraw with dates and time and withdraw details and status like pending / rejected / sent.
- each coinflip game tracked - we require each coinflip game to have its own game ID and then abilty for anyone to replay the coinflip and check the winner.
- Each coinflip to have its own URL : so players can invite other users OFF site with the game URL so they can join.
- AFFILIATE program - so users can join the program and choose they affiliate code which when given out to their audience, there audience can use the affiliate code when a user deposits o play and they are given a 1% deposit bonus as well as the affiliate earns a small % 1-3% of each deposit. We will have set rules about how this will work but it will require affiliate levels which go up acccording to the total their users have deposited using their partner code. And the total number of users who they referred.
ADMIN panel - we require a full admin panel which shows statistics on users, and the coinflips played. Our commissioned earned and full user management.
Onsite CHAT - We would like to offer onsite user chat to enhance the user experience. Chat with emojis supported and chat moderators to manage the chat which we will be able to promote a user to moderator from the admin panel as well as pause withdraw so if a user who is banned try's to withdraw they will see a contact site support notification
- Crypto deposit and withdraw - We want to support ETHEREUM and LITECOIN for deposits and withdraw. We think we will like to use oxapay.com to handle this 24/7 automated with the ability to suspend a user from withdraw or ALL withdraws then we can enable with the click of the button from admin.
