Crypto Arbitrage Web App

I require the build of a Crypto Arbitrage responsive site/Web App that scans all exchanges for price differences in between exchanges for just a select number of coins, defined lift of currencies, then it buys from Exchange A (where it has lower price) and selling in Exchange B, C, D, E etc (where it identifies a higher price) and so it should be registered in as many crypto exchanges as can be added by admin to increase likelihood of a successful arbitrage transaction.
Also needs to get pre-approved transactions so it can place BUY/SELL transactions in less than a minute in between exchanges
Web App will identify highest possible trades and do one of two things, alert the user and ask if they wish to commence the trade, or if set on automation it will commence the trade without instruction from the user.
The website should have its own admin wallet for deposit and withdrawal and also create and could have virtual wallets, for each new registered user of the site.
The site is never to make a losing transaction and should be able to run by itself making profitable transactions without human oversight.
I have began to make enquiries into the build of my project and am currently using a crypto arbitrage platform myself which is focused only on USDT on a platform called COTPS.com, it claims to return an average 3.6% per day interest and I have achieved an average so far of 2.94% which I'm also happy with. The limitations of this site are that the wallet balance can only be invested every 2 hours 15 minutes, after that time the investments mature and the wallet is again replenished with your stake including profits available to be reinvested (compounding).
Successful Freelancer will have the knowledge to create this project and will be familiar with Crypto Arbitrage, fully understanding the brief of this project without the need to ask technical questions.
