Crud to Ecommerce

hello, I'm in need of a programmer to make a Crud for a website I'm developing.
This CRUD is for the seller who owns the Ecommerce to include the products.
Here are some details to get an idea of the time that will be spent.
You will have to do the add, change, delete the query for the product including upload the product image to a predefined folder.
This image recording on the server has a particularity where the system will be for multi-clients and each client will have to have their separate images.
I already have an HTML/CSS template ready. You only have to include the fields and make the backend.
I'm developing in ASP Classic. But I also accept in PHP.
