8. Bulk Notifications: Admin can send out mass notifications to users regarding new promotions or offers.
9. Rider/Washer Blocking: Admin can block any rider or washer from using the platform as needed.
User App Workflow
1. App Availability: Users can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Registration: Users register by providing their name, email, ID, phone number, and password.
3. Pickup and Service Selection: Users can add a pickup address and select the desired laundry service.
4. Bag and Detergent Options: Users can specify the number of bags and choose a detergent from the available list.
