Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR management features, including:
Screenshots: Capture periodic screenshots to visually verify employee activity during work hours.
Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor employee activities in real time for immediate oversight.
Activity Tracking: Analyze daily activity levels to measure productivity and performance.
App & Web Tracking: Record app and website usage during work hours to ensure productivity.
Time Tracking: Automate time tracking to eliminate manual logs.
Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate logs of employee logins and logouts.
Shift Scheduling: Schedule and manage employee shifts effectively.
Payroll Management: Automate payroll calculations for hourly and monthly pay, including freelancer payments.
Leave Management: Create systems for leave requests, approvals, and tracking.
Approval Workflows: Design seamless approval processes for tasks and requests.
Admin Panels: Build intuitive dashboards for managing employees and operations.
Employee GPS Tracking: Incorporate GPS tracking for field employees’ accurate location tracking.
Reports and Analytics: Generate productivity reports, payroll summaries, and data insights.
Invoices: Automate invoice creation based on work logs or predefined properties.
