We are looking to develop software which allows us to manage both Assests (vehicle) and Staff (HR) all in one place.
Ideally, we would like this software to allow us to manage our HR requirements including creating an "employee directory" of sorts which would house all relevant information for each staff member in their own "folder". We would include everything from induction certificates, copies of licenses, emergency contact forms etc. Ideally, we would provide each staff member with a log in for an app which would track their time at work, similar to a timesheet. It would store this information within the software, and we could have the ability to run reports on this information. In addition, we want the ability for staff to request annual leave, upload doctors' certificates etc all within the app and also to report any defects and issues with the truck they are driving. This information would then correlate with the second function of this software, the CMMS for assets equipment etc.
Having some software that would run and operate similar to "fiix Software CMMS asset management". Allowing us, as owners, to appropriately track assets, maintenance and all relevant vehicle information. Allowing us to track the current status of vehicles (available, damaged, off road etc) and upload relevant repair information.
The purpose of having a system combining HR and CMMS requirements is to have a single point in which all data can be inputted and a single point for us to run reports to further understanding of aspects of our business and help us track every aspect of what we do with the HR and Assets in our business.
I invite any questions you might have and would be curious to know if this is something;
1) you would be capable of building, and
2) the costs and timelines associated with a build of this nature.
