Cron setup and running

We are looking for someone who can set up and run CRONS. The file synched to these crons is a bit huge and need an expert who can bypass these delays and set it up in the way that the CRONS run once every day without CPU taking over load.
Our site is built for PHP Laravel platform. MySQL database.
NOTE: This is a short deadline project. Experts who can complete it within a day can only apply.
