Cron setup, Running and Query optimization

Our site is built for PHP and laravel framework, MYSQL Database and Hetzner server.
We are looking for support with CRON settings which need to be set up for auto mode(Which should run once every day)
The CRONs are working partially and the rest need to be configured the same way and job ads to be imported and displayed on the frontend.
