Cron / Code to Move Files Uploaded In Server to another Disk

We have a file storage website.
We want someone to setup cron or any other code to move files from Nvme SSD to HDD
Users Upload file in our website, It gets stored in the NVME SSD - Since its Storage is Low, We want the files to be then moved automatically to the 16TB HDD,
*We are not making users upload directly to HDD, because its increasing the upload time , But our NVME Gen4 SSD is very fast and increases the upload speed
Control Panel is Cyberpanel
