Crm for real estate

I'm looking to develop a customer relationship management system (CRM) specifically tailored for the real estate industry. The CRM should include lead management features and the ability to track sales pipelines. The CRM should also have email marketing automation capabilities and landing pages. I'm not sure if the CRM needs to be integrated with an existing system, but I am open to suggestions. I am also looking for a sales engagement software with cadences/sequences. This is for 1-2 people.
