Creation of a manageable e-commerce with Laravel -- 3

I am looking to create a manageable e-commerce with Laravel for a jewelry business. I want to go with a custom design, rather than an existing template, and the programming language will be Laravel. I am looking for a skilled developer with expertise in the Laravel framework who will be able to develop a functional and secure e-commerce solution. The project should take into account the customer's needs, be easily scalable, and be able to handle high traffic and large order quantities. The project should also consider the customer's time and budget constraints. I look forward to hearing from freelancers who can help me achieve my goals.
