Creation of custom products CSV file for Magento 2.4.3 server

We want to arrange a script that would make a CSV file in UTF-8 format and ; separator.
We need it to have the columns that are already present in the csv file attached in this task
We need to show in the CSV file only those products that have the EAN attribute filled in the server and quantity >1
We can explain what is the attribute of each column
Very IMPORTANT:
- We only can give access to our dev server, that is a replica of the live server
- The access, database names, users and passwords from the Live server are different than the Dev server, so we need that the script will use the magento functions, if you try to make your own database and use SQL for the script, it won't work on Live server, also you need to read the server access from magento configuration file in the script
- The script must use relative rutes from the root of the webpage, as the roots won't be the same in Live server than Dev server
- You can't write things in the folders of the operative system
- This should be a script of read-only, you should not write anything in the database, or make your own database, you can use the memory data, so you don’t need to make a new table with new database to order the data, magento has some functions to get the info of the products, that abstracts you from whatever is underneath it, you don't have to worry about passwords
