Creating website and admin panel for traveling

I want create travel website and admin panel.
I I’m not interested in Wordpress , wix or some platforms like that.
I want flexibility and flexible website were I can make changes as I need.
Very important - Website and admin panel both mast work with firebase.

Also I need following abilities
1. Payment ability subscription payment - ability cancel payment, pause payment, receipt generator. Payment with PayPal, Visa card, MasterCard etc is mandatory.
2. Affiliate generator - is mandatory
3. Push notifications with firebase cloud messaging
