Creating and minting token on the TON blockchain

I’m working on a project where I create and mint a token on the TON blockchain and send it to users for free as a transaction on my website. (The token will be a simple one with no security or financial functionality.)
I’m developing a contract in FUNC language. I’ve progressed up to the stage where the token is minted and added to the blockchain. However, when users execute the contract, the tokens are not transferred to the recipient’s wallet—only the max supply increases. (This happens because the correct message isn’t being sent to the jetton wallet.)
I know there’s an issue in the token code, but since I’m not a developer, I can’t figure out where I went wrong. I’m looking for a blockchain developer or someone proficient in FUNC who can help me complete this project.
