Creating a front-running bot based on Ethereum

Hi everyone,
I need a developer to create a bot to mine Ethereum with the rewards to be sent to a Metamask, Trust wallet address.
I was on a call with a client that had developed a bot that mined ETH in the background and over time it generated a substantial amount of ETH.
I am not completely sure of the technical, but he did mention the following:
The bot will scan the blockchain. Find transactions based on certain criteria, and completely, autonomously, mine ETH, and send the rewards to his Metamask.
I did not see a browser extension, only a popup of the script running.
I really need to understand the computer power need to generate profits. I have access to several computers that I can run simultaneously, internationally.
