we are using ErpNext opensource for our clients and we are interested to Creating a custom app on the Frappe Framework with some of updates for own source.
custom app is Frappe conversations .
1- integration Social channels and whatsapp to routing incoming messages to 360 View for customers’ interactions.
2- Users can Convert phone, chats, email, social media and WhatsApp conversations
into tickets (Frappe Desk).
• Centralize all conversations from disconnect channels into one place.
• Manage and work on support conversations .
• Create personal conversations views.
• Support conditional and custom conversations fields.
• View the activity log and the name of the agent handling it.
• Support reporting and dashboards.
you should have experience with Frappe Framework and UI/GUI design
