Creating a custom Facebook feed on a website

We looking for developer who has already built and have a script to create a custom Facebook feed on a website. I want to read posts from a public Facebook page and display them on my website in an owl carousel. We are only interested in developers who already have the script and can easily make small changes and then add to my website. We also do not want to use 3rd party APIs who are charging monthly.
