Creating back-end for online marketing project (Wordpress, PHP, JS)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are developing e-mail marketing website similar to: SENDINBLUE.COM or MAILCHIMP.COM
But our system will only focus on email marketing.
We need talented and experience coder who has these skills:
* Wordpress - strong experience
* PHP / JS - strong experience
* Mail Server / sending bulk emails - experience
TASKS:
1) You need to complete the USER ACCOUNT section we have which is a custom built extension connected to the Wordpress. The Wordpress site is using premium plugin to create memberships and its payment.
Membership packages / connection to User Account / limit the User Account features based on the type of membership
2) Dashboard / Statistics to be working as shown there
3) Contact List - creating lists, edit, remove lists. Import contacts in bulk by files (CSV, XML, add emails as text) or insert contact list one by one (just name / email)
4) Campaigns - to be able to create simple Campaigns or edit the existing ones. Campaign will have to record the history (when it was sent, success / feedback, stats).
5) HTML Email Builder - to be fully connected to the user account and type of membership. No need to create any HTML templates. We just want to be able to use it, save the created templates, add them to Campaigns, Edit them when necessary, Save / Load them. I am sure this application is fully ready to be connected to the database. There is a COMPLETE MANUAL will be provided.
6) The FORM BUILDER has a documentation as well. Note we are not using all the features this have, we are using Drag & Drop Form Builder.
7) So CAMPAIGNS use Contact List as receivers of the HTML emails which can be created by our form and they can also include an online made FORMS which again can be created in our User Account.
8) STATISTICS - here we want as much details / info to be collected as possible. Especially about Campaign / email deliveries if it was successful, errors, undelivered emails, time period graphs to see how many emails and when they are sent etc.
9) We also need to cover the SUPPORT - we need a very simple ticket system (can be a 3rd party solution and simple live chat to be added) Again these will have to recognize the membership types.

11) The bulk email sender for start can use any method that would be possible. If you use classic PHP mailer for SMTP or other similar methods its no problem. NOTE: if we need any technical solution such as dedicated mail server or specific server requirements this can be arranged.
Scheduling when emails will be sent is also a very important feature here.
