Creating applications for property businesses using Laravel and MySql

The following application modules are required.
1. financial module to record incoming and outgoing money transactions
- the names of incoming and outgoing money items can be dynamically inputted by the user
- Dynamic financial reports can be summarized and detailed by date. (pdf/ excel)
2. building materials module to record property building materials
- items can be entered dynamically complete with unit prices, for example: cement, bricks, etc
- This module is related to the financial transaction module for cash out in the form of building materials.

3. payment receipt print module
Receipts can be printed and printed automatically after the transaction is completed with a unique receipt number.
