Creating Woocommerce new order statuses - 40$ -- 2

I use a plugin for order statuses in order to create more statuses to help me with my business, and this plugin is not good for the long term
So I need to delete the plugin but I don't want to loose the order statuses that I made from plugin because their are orders are linked to that statuses
What I need from you?
1. create new order statuses with the same slugs and names
(the new order statuses shall be duplication of "Completed" order status because in "Completed" order status, the stock is not reduced
2. remove the plugin without affecting the current orders
